To start: we were very surprised to pay for our stay at the date of arrival. Our hotelroom was'nt clean at all; dirty floor, bedsheets had spots on it. Breakfast was poor; no refill's, limited choice in continental breakfast and staff operates inadequate and inefficient. Misleading information about tourist tours. The hotel is all about the looks, but lacks appropiate service, except for the room service; this was good.

The staff were polite and attentive. Rooms were basic but clean. The architecture whilst completely out of context for South East Asia is remarkable and the construction solid. Palladian columns, statues of the three musketeers, roman mosaics etc.
There didn't seem to be much in the way of information on local activities.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable considering the amenities and services provided. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the well-maintained rooms to the friendly and helpful staff, it was evident that the hotel takes pride in ensuring a comfortable stay for its guests. Lastly, the location in a small alleyway in Yogja added a charming and authentic touch to the overall experience. It felt like a hidden gem in the bustling city.
The only minor downside was the limited selection at breakfast.

We loved the hotel lobby and swimming area; it had grand decoration and was very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We found the location ideal as we could use the grab app to call cheap and quick taxis to the main tourist area. There were some good eateries nearby and the breakfast was amazing - rich, tasty, and included loads of Indonesian dishes along with a basic Western breakfast.
For us, it was ideal.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in Yogyakarta. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money as well. The attention to detail in the facilities was commendable, from the lovely rooms with windows opening into a peaceful patio, to the well-maintained amenities. In addition, the breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from. I was highly impressed with the hotel's value for money, attention to detail, and friendly staff.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

My recent budget stay at a central hotel was great. The architecture and decoration blended heritage and modern elements. We enjoyed the restaurant's rich and tasty breakfast, and the pool area. Close by we found plenty of touristy restaurants and attractions further north. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The wash basin's design impressed us, and we loved hearing the relaxing sound of birds in the morning.
There were some issues with cleanliness in the room we stayed in.

The hotel had a good pool and comfortable beds. The location was convenient for my business trip. The price was affordable and the Wi-Fi worked well.
The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me with anything. The rooms and bathroom were poorly maintained and in need of renovation.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the activities at TransMart Studio Mini and enjoying some friendly competition at Adisucipto Golf Course. The kids absolutely loved the Sasana Among Rogo event, it was such a fun experience for all of us!
My children wanted a dedicated kids' club or play area at the hotel, it would have been great for them to have more entertainment options.
